1. Data Controller & Scope

BeeTable is developed and operated by VisionX. We serve small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Myanmar.

This Privacy Policy applies to the BeeTable cloud application, marketing websites, and related offline-first POS client services.

When you register a workspace, VisionX acts as the data processor for the records you store, while your business remains the data controller for your internal customer and staff information.

2. Information We Process

We only collect information necessary to operate your point of sale, catalog, and appointments.

Account & Identity: VisionX account ID, merchant name, business city, timezone, and business email address.

Business Workspace Data: Product catalogs, item SKUs, prices, unit classifications, service menus, table orders, and appointment schedules.

Customer Records: Names, phone numbers, and optional notes that you choose to store for repeat customer convenience.

Operational Audit Logs: Transaction dates, immutable receipt sequence identifiers, and authorized staff role modifications.

No biometric data is ever collected.
No government identity card numbers are stored without explicit regulatory requirement.
Device session cookies are strictly limited to secure authentication and interface preferences.

3. Non-Custodial Financial Architecture

BeeTable is a business operational record-keeper, not a bank, wallet, or payment intermediary.

BeeTable never receives, holds, or transfers customer money. Payments recorded in BeeTable (such as cash, bank transfers, or mobile wallet settlements) are records of amounts handled directly and externally by your business.

We do not store customer payment card numbers, bank PINs, or mobile money passwords.

4. Data Storage, Security & Isolation

Enterprise-grade database isolation keeps each workspace strictly separated.

Database Isolation: Every workspace is partitioned by unique tenant identifiers. The runtime application communicates using a restricted, least-privilege PostgreSQL role without DDL permissions.

Encryption: All data in transit uses modern HTTPS / TLS 1.3 encryption. Sensitive tokens and sessions are cryptographically encrypted at rest.

Backup & Recovery: Automated encrypted database backups are stored in secure cloud storage with strict geographic access rules.

5. Analytics & Tag Management

We use minimal analytics to improve software performance and reliability.

Our public marketing pages may utilize Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to monitor website performance, Core Web Vitals, and aggregate traffic patterns.

Analytics tracking is never connected to your private business ledger, inventory quantities, or customer telephone numbers.

6. Your Rights & Data Portability

You have complete control over your business data at all times.

You can review, edit, or archive products, services, and customer records directly from your workspace dashboard.

Upon account termination, you may request a complete export of your business history or request permanent deletion of your workspace data.
