Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BeeTable. By signing in with your VisionX account and creating a workspace, you agree to these transparent operational standards.

1. Eligibility & Account Creation

BeeTable is designed for registered companies, small businesses, and sole proprietors operating in Myanmar.

To use BeeTable, you must authenticate through a verified VisionX account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring all users invited to your workspace operate within their authorized roles.

You agree to provide true, accurate, and current business details, including your business name, primary city, and currency preference.

2. Operational Software Scope

BeeTable delivers an integrated workspace for everyday retail, restaurant, and salon workflows.

BeeTable provides table orders, takeaway management, product inventory tracking, supplier returns, customer profiles, and conflict-free appointment scheduling.

All monetary calculations utilize exact integer minor-unit arithmetic (no floating-point rounding errors). Once an order is completed, its pricing snapshot and unique receipt number are permanently locked.

3. Merchant Responsibilities & Compliance

You maintain complete responsibility for the goods, services, and taxes associated with your business.

You are solely responsible for setting compliant product prices, respecting Myanmar commercial laws, issuing official commercial tax receipts where mandated, and delivering the services booked by your patrons.

BeeTable is an operational record-keeping software tool; it does not substitute for licensed accounting or legal advice.

4. No Money Transmission or Custody

BeeTable never touches, transfers, or escrows business or consumer money.

Cash sales, mobile wallet transfers (such as KPay, WavePay, or bank transfers), and credit collections are handled directly by your business. Recording a transaction in BeeTable marks the operational receipt of that amount; BeeTable is never party to the payment flow.

5. Availability, Offline Recovery & Retries

Built for the realities of local connectivity with offline-resilient draft recovery.

BeeTable client applications are designed with recoverable offline drafts, idempotent command retries, and collision-resistant appointment booking.

While we strive for continuous availability on AWS cloud infrastructure, service interruptions may occasionally occur for maintenance or due to telecommunication outages.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your business data is yours; BeeTable technology belongs to VisionX.

You retain all intellectual property rights to your store trademarks, customer databases, product imagery, and sales figures.

All rights, title, and interest in the BeeTable software, design system, API, and documentation remain the exclusive property of VisionX.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

Any disputes arising from the use of BeeTable shall be resolved amicably through good-faith consultation, or submitted to the competent courts of Yangon, Myanmar.
