1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Bee Table Myanmar ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Bee Table Myanmar provides a cloud-based QR ordering, kitchen display, and restaurant management platform for restaurants in Myanmar and Southeast Asia. Features include digital menus, order management, inventory tracking, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected (monthly or annually).
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of initial purchase.
No per-order commissions — you keep 100% of your restaurant sales.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Use the Service to send unsolicited communications.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your restaurant data, including menus, orders, and customer information.
We process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Upon account termination, you may request a data export within 30 days.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime (99.99% on Enterprise plans) but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bee Table Myanmar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will retain your data for 30 days before deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
