Import your products from Excel in minutes
Bring hundreds of products into BeeTable from a spreadsheet, with Myanmar names, and fix problems before anything is saved.

1. Prepare the sheet
- In Products, press Import from Excel, then Download template. Or use your own sheet.
- Columns: name, sku, price, stock, low stock alert. Only name and price are required.
- Leave sku empty and BeeTable makes a code for you.
- Prices are in your shop currency. Stock is a whole number.
2. Save as CSV UTF-8
In Excel choose File → Save As → “CSV UTF-8”. In Google Sheets choose File → Download → CSV. This keeps Myanmar text.
3. Check and import
- Press Choose CSV file. Nothing is saved yet.
- BeeTable lists rows that are ready and rows that need fixing, with the reason for each.
- Fix the red rows in your sheet and choose the file again, or import only the ready rows.
- Press Import. If the connection drops, press “Try the unsaved rows again”. No product is added twice.
